THE IDEA / 01
RusIndica is a programme vertical of Rajgriha Consulting Private Limited. It approaches international collaboration as a coordinated process rather than a single event: aligning organisations, applicants, documentation and long-term support.
An India–Ural proposed student pathway for non-medical university programmes, combining programme matching, document readiness and first-year support.
A proposed verified, employer-led training and labour-mobility system with preparation, governance and worker safeguards.
Exploring further connections in exchange, enterprise and cultural understanding, with specific collaborations dependent on partner agreement.
As CTO & Partner, I have contributed to programme design, technical and CRM workflow thinking, preparation of bilingual proposals, presentation standards and the structure of institutional communication. The proposals below are work products, not announcements of executed university agreements or placements.
PROGRAMME / 02
A proposed pathway focused on institutions in Yekaterinburg and Chelyabinsk, with a deliberately transparent, student-centred process.
The proposal identifies Ural Federal University in Yekaterinburg and South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk as prospective institutions for discussions. Academic areas under consideration include engineering, technology, sciences, economics and the humanities.
Admissions, quotas, scholarships and internships require confirmation from the relevant universities. Mentioning an institution here should not be interpreted as endorsement, a signed partnership or guaranteed placement.
PROGRAMME / 03
A design for a responsible talent pathway that begins with verified employer demand rather than unsubstantiated promises of overseas jobs.
Obtain specific employer requests and screen counterparties before sourcing candidates.
Candidate records, language and workplace orientation, skill assessment and planned certification.
Proposed shared oversight, complaints handling and safeguards against deceptive recruitment.
The Skills Bridge report sets out proposed pilots, governance and operational targets. They are planning assumptions and requested arrangements, not verified delivery results or official programme approvals.
