THE OPPORTUNITY / 01

Tools should work together, not in isolation.

Many teams use separate apps for contacts, onboarding, support, reporting and communication. A well-designed workflow can link these pieces without sacrificing visibility or accountability.

01 / CAPTURE

CRM foundation

Structure contact and account records, permissions, status changes and useful segmentation around a clear operating process.

02 / CONNECT

App integrations

Join scheduling, forms, communication platforms and internal processes through documented triggers and reliable exception handling.

03 / SUPPORT

AI assistance

Explore guided responses, summaries, lead routing and voice automation where human review, transparency and consent allow.

Development status

These are business and architecture concepts under exploration, including vendor and feasibility work. They should not be mistaken for an existing commercial software product or a deployed mass-outreach system.

SYSTEM DESIGN / 02

A connected operating journey.

The diagram below represents a proposed architecture, not a live integration.

Inquiry→CRM record→Automation→Human / AI→Reporting
1. Onboarding and intake

Capture an enquiry with a clear consent basis, verify its required fields, route it to the right owner and prepare an onboarding checklist. Failed or ambiguous records should be flagged for human follow-up.

2. Workflow and application connections

Define a source of truth, map data between supported applications, use status-triggered actions, and establish error handling and an auditable event history. Keep configuration understandable and accessible to the team.

3. AI-supported communication

Possible use cases include structured FAQ answers, agent assistance, transcription summaries or approved outbound calls. Good design requires explicit disclosure where AI is used, consent and opt-out handling, safeguards against impersonation and escalation to a person when needed.

4. Reporting and quality assurance

Define useful operational measurements such as time-to-response, completion rates, exceptions and quality feedback before attempting to automate at scale. Protect private information and document data retention.

FEASIBILITY / 03

Voice outreach: from pilot to possible scale.

Previous planning work has explored AI-assisted telephone outreach, comparing providers and framing a smaller initial test before considering significantly larger volumes.

TEST CONCEPT

An exploratory pilot of around 1,000 opted-in or otherwise lawfully contactable users to test language quality, reliability and operational workflow.

SCALE QUESTION

A longer-term feasibility scenario involving as many as 10 million contacts — not a claim of calls already completed.

VENDOR STUDY

Telephony services, conversational AI, per-minute economics, API integration, capacity and regulatory safeguards.

What must be resolved before launch

Appropriate consent and lawful marketing bases, required telecom registrations and restrictions, disclosure of AI-generated or synthetic voice, suppression of opted-out contacts, human escalation and independent monitoring are foundational design decisions rather than afterthoughts.

At scale, effectiveness should be assessed against quality and trust, not simply total call volume or cost per contact.

Where I contribute

Technical planning, vendor evaluation, structured requirement gathering, proposed CRM and call-flow architecture, and bringing feasibility questions into practical discussions with service providers.
